So many giggers in the HMI complaining about getting a raise from their band owners. According to those giggers everything can be great playing,travel with the band but as soon as they asking about money,the fun,the friendship stop. It happened to so many musicians lately,some of them have to leave to go get another job(Bel Kòd,Ray Michel,Frero) and some of them have been replaced just so the band owner don’t pay them more money(Dado Lacombe) after 7 years with Nu-Look might lose the job just because he ask for a raise. And also some of the giggers after trying have to shut up because they don’t want to get fired. The band owner mentality is that i’am the band so i can get somebody else even less competent than you,the band will be OK as long as i’m there. While band owners/managers are asking promoters for more money to play a bal,they don’t want to pay their musicians more money. NO RAISE FOR YOU! STAY OR BE GONE!
